Help for Registration and Login of the Auslan Tuition System

Registration

To download the Auslan Tuition system, you are required to register with us. You can do this simply by clicking on the download link and locating the link register one here. at the top of the page under the "Login:" section or at the bottom of the download page with the linked marked Click here (to register an account).

This will bring you to a registration page, which will require you to enter your name and email address. It will also provide you with an option to receive email updates on the product or other related news.

Once your information has been entered, an email will be sent to the specified email account. This email will contain a link and a password - the link has to be used the first time in order to activate your account. It will not be required in subsequent logins. If the account isn't activated within 15 days, it will be deleted from the server, requiring you to re-register with the site.


Login

Once you've registered and activated your account, you can login to download the Auslan Tuition System. The login area can be accessed with the Login link. Type in the email you provided with your registration and the password provided in the registration email you should have received in order to activate your account.


Password Retrieval

If you have forgotten your login password you can be reissued with a new one from this page. Simply enter your email address that was used to register on the download website. An email will then be forwarded to this address which will contain your new password. The email address must be the one you registered on the website or we will be unable to verify your details. After requesting a new password, your current password will no longer be valid, so please remember to use the new password to login next time.
